The NIH Bethesda Main Campus in Bethesda, Maryland houses two DPSAC Office Locations Main Office for Enrollment & Badge Issuance Services:

Information Regarding Parking/Entry onto Campus:

Please arrive 30 minutes earlier to go through the security screening.
Please be ready to display your appointment confirmation upon your arrival.

If you are a visitor traveling
onto NIH Campus
using your vehicle, you
must enter through
NIH's Visitor Vehicle Entrance (see Campus Map below). There is paid parking at the Gateway Parking Garage there (MLP 11).

If you are
taking the subway or
walking onto NIH Campus, you will need to enter through
NIH's Gateway Visitor Center (see Campus Map below).
Directions:
Once you have gone through the Gateway Visitor Center security screening (via pedestrian or vehicle inspection), you can either:
To DPSAC's Main Office in Building 31, Room 1B03: Walk north along South Drive and merge onto Center Drive until you arrive at Building 31.
To DPSAC's Second Office in Building 10, Room 1C52: Walk west along South Drive until you reach the South side of Building 10.
You can also catch the Red Line shuttle, which also stops outside Building 31 and 10 (see
the live shuttle routes here). The waiting area for the Red Line shuttle is just inside the campus gate. There are signs posted and the guards can direct you. In the Red Line Shuttle Schedule, “Metro" is your starting point. Two stops later will take you to Building 31.
For DPSAC's Main Office in Building 31: When you enter through the front sliding doors of Building 31, you will see a long hallway slightly on your right. Walk down that hallway all the way to the end and make a left into Room 1B03.
