The DPSAC Main Office for Enrollment & Badge Issuance Services is located in the Main Campus of Bethesda, MD, in Building 31, Room 1B03. Customers will be able to receive full Enrollment, Badge Issuance and customer service assistance at this location.
Our services are by appointment only Monday through Friday during open hours.

Visitor Parking Information:
Visitors and employees without an NIH Parking Permit must park in a visitor garage or meters for a fee. Short-term meters are available in Bldg. 31A circle and Lot 31B, or visitor Lot 18 and MLP-11 visitor parking garage with complimentary shuttle service to Bldg. 31 and Bldg. 10 Clinical Center. Validation or temporary permits will not be provided.
