The DPS Main Office for Enrollment & Badge Issuance Services is located in the Main Campus of Bethesda, MD, in Building 31, Room 1B03. Customers will be able to receive full Enrollment, Badge Issuance and customer service assistance at this location.
Our services are by appointment only Monday through Friday during open hours.

The building at 31 Center Drive is called Building 31, and we are located in Room 1B03 on the 1st Floor, B-Wing. Please note: We are not on the basement level.
Visitor Parking Information:
Visitors and employees who do not have an NIH Parking Permit must use designated visitor parking areas and pay the applicable fee. Metered parking is available behind Building 31, on the top level of MLP-10 parking garage (10 meters), visitor Lot 18, and the MLP-11 visitor parking garage, which offers a complimentary shuttle service to Building 31B.
