Work/Life Balance

Achieving effective work-life balance is a juggling act that requires planning, flexibility, resourcefulness and occasional support. EAP Consultants can help to assess your needs, explore change strategies and suggest resources to balance work responsibilities with family and outside activities and improve challenging situations.  We are honored to offer these recordings and information to our NIH colleagues. These offerings are also part of NIH's "Spring into Wellness" collection of well-being activities and resources that run from April-June. The events and resources center around the five tenets of well-being: Community, Physical, Career, Social, and Financial.
