If you need prescription safety glasses, contact the Division of Occupational Health and Safety (DOHS), Occupational Medical Service (OMS). You will make an appointment with an OMS provider to receive an
approval form to take to a pre-determined optometrist. You will also need to obtain a prescription (no more than one year old) from your personal optician to take to the optometrist along with the
