The NIH offers patients and patient visitors access to Parking, Shuttles, and information regarding Travel Services. For information regarding the use of patient shuttles, please visit Procedures and Official Use of Patient Shuttles.

Parking Services

Patients and visitors are welcome to use the Clinical Center complementary self-park parking garage or valet parking services.  

Self-Park:

Clinical Center — P3 Entrance - Memorial Drive (Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week)

Be Prepared - NIH Traffic and Construction Updates**Parking Ticket Validation Required**

Patient & Patient Visitor Parking Validation:
B1 Lobby at Hospitality Desk, Monday – Friday, 7am - 9pm

No validation required weeknights after 9pm, weekends & holidays

Valet Parking Service:  
Available at the Clinical Center Main Entrance
Monday – Friday, 6am – 7pm

**Ticket validation required**

Valet Parking Validation: North Lobby at Hospitality Desk, 7am - 7pm

Unclaimed vehicles after 7pm will be parked in the front of the Clinical Center roadway and keys will be transferred to the CRC/Bldg. 10 Admissions desk.

Shuttles Services

NIH Shuttle services are available for patients and families who need transportation from:NIH Shuttles infront of the Clinical Center

Additionally, Clinical Center Patients and Visitors are permitted to ride the Employee Shuttles that operate in and around the NIH main campus. Please follow the link below for route and schedule information.

Travel Services

NIH provides assistance for patients and their families with travel plans. Clinical Center Travel Agents can obtain plane, train, bus, and airport shuttle information, make new reservations, or modify your existing reservations.
