September is National Yoga Month

Sept Fitness for You

This month we are also featuring the following classes

Friday, September 30 at 12:00 pm - Yoga for Mobility: Hips, Knees, and Feet featuring Leslie Pont, CHES, NBC-HWC, E-RYT 200.

This 45-minute class is designed to gently open the lower half of the body to give us a stronger foundation to move from. Leslie will lead students through a slow flow of hip openers, focusing on the stability of the knee joint, and the ins and outs of the foundation - the feet. Tennis ball and a block are preferred props. A small ball/aluminum can and a belt can also work as alternative prop options. You are also welcome to bring yoga blocks, a pillow, or a rolled blanket for hip openers. To join the class, please visit Yoga for Mobility: Hips, Knees, and Feet.
