Work and Family Month at NIH banner Join us in October for Work and Family Month at NIH
"As the nation’s biomedical research agency, we are committed to improving health for all Americans. Science has shown that our family relationships have an important effect on our physical well-being. I am proud of the substantial work-life resources available to the NIH workforce, and I encourage each of you to participate in Work and Family Month so you can take advantage of the resources that are most helpful to you."
- Dr. Francis Collins, NIH Director

Work and Family Month 2021

This webpage was designed specifically to help you learn more about the numerous NIH resources available to assist you with your current and future well-being, work-life, family and career needs.

There is something for EVERYONE, including federal employees, fellows, trainees, and contractors.

Resources are available in many formats:  live webinars, free fitness classes, Foil the Flu clinics, websites, PDFs, and archived webinars and vignettes for viewing when you have time.

Be sure to check the webpage frequently and bookmark it as information will be added and updated throughout the month. Please share this webpage with colleagues, co-workers, and contractors.  The website can be accessed by any computer.

Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to learn how
NIH cares for and supports its workforce!
