The DATS Food Services Program is responsible for the oversight and administration of the NIH Approved Catering Services Listing made available to NIH employees. For additional information on a specific caterer, please click on the corresponding Catering Icon below. NIH Approved Catering Services Listing

To ensure quality service and uniform treatment are provided in any of the NIH Conference Service Centers, all catering companies are required to be licensed and also licensed in Montgomery County to provide service for NIH public events.

All catering companies will be required to undergo background clearances as well as meet or exceed the performance standards established by the DATS Food Services Programs.
