Classes are free to everyone in two formats: virtuall (daily) and in-person (limited basis). Classes run five days a week for 30 minutes/class. Most classes are also recorded for up to 30 days. View details:

Nursing Mothers Program Education Classes
These classes are designed to complement those offered by your hospital or childbirth educator. Upcoming March classes are offered online on Monday, March 10 from 12:00 PM-1:00 PM ET, “Breastfeeding and Return to Work.” Prenatal breastfeeding education classes are open to all women working at NIH who are registered for the Nursing Mothers Program.
