Employee Transportation Services Office

The NIH Employee Transportation Services Office (ETSO) is located in Building 31A, Room 1A11. The office hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, closed from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. This office is commonly known as the "NIH Parking & Transhare Office" and provides the following services to the NIH Community:

Parking For Our NIH Parking Office Customers

Customer parking is available in metered spaces behind Building 31 for a fee, on the top level of MLP-10 parking garage (10 meters next to the elevators), visitor Lot 18, and the MLP-11 visitor parking garage, which offers a complimentary shuttle service to Building 31B.
