From a Presidential news conference to special events and conferences, the Photography team knows how to capture the precise images you need.
Shooting on-site or in their dedicated studios, portraits and photographs to document and record one-time events to support publication, public information, and program use are provided.
NOTE: For all Photography requests you will need your Agency CAN and AO information and the digital signature of the AO or designated Approval Official.
For all photography requests, fill out the Photography Request form below and email to EM Photography at Photo@mail.nih.gov.

For Official Government Passport/Visa Photo requests, please complete the fillable .pdf form below, print it and bring it with you to the Events Management Photo Studio located in Bldg. 10 Room B2L328. We do not provide Tourist Passport photos.

Official Government Passport/Visa Photographs are on a walk-in basis for the following days:
Tuesday - 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Thursday - 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
