NOTICE:
Events Management Multimedia Section is a Fee-for-Service organization. The assigned Producer will provide an estimate on the information given for your scheduled event The estimate is not intended to be used as documentation for the total cost of the project. Variations such as AV, webcasting, captioning, additional video or multi-media services can alter the totals at any time during the project.
Any and all cancellations will incur cancellation fees for Planning/Consulting to cover man-hours expended as outlined in the cancellation policy.
The assigned Producer will notify you of any changes that arise in the project that will cause any additional variations from the original cost estimate.
