Sites Covered

Contract security personnel provide campus security at visitor vehicle security checkpoints. This includes screening commercial vehicles at the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Facility (CVIF), visitor vehicles Gateway Inspection Center (GIC), patient vehicles West Drive Patient Entrance and pedestrian traffic West Gateway Center. Under orange and red terrorist alert levels security personnel assist in screening all employee and contractor vehicles. All visitor, patient, patient family member and commercial vehicles will undergo “swabbing” procedures to detect the presence of explosives.
