The
DIS Customer Portal provides access to detailed case tracking information regarding the immigration status of Foreign National (FN) Scientists in the NIH Visiting Program. The DIS Customer Portal does not contain information on foreign national contractors placed at NIH.
DIS can grant access to the Customer Portal to any Administrative Officer or other administrative staff with their Lead AO’s permission. These access requests should be emailed to
dis@mail.nih.gov

DIS Customer Portal Office Hours
DIS hosts monthly DIS Customer Portal Office Hours. These office hour sessions are for Visiting Program administrative staff, scientists, and approvers (such as PIs) to ask questions, receive training, and discuss concerns related to the
DIS Customer Portal.
Date & Time: DIS Customer Portal Office Hours will be held the second Wednesday of every month at 11:00am to 12:00pm ET
via Teams.
