NIH Employees, Trainees/Fellows, and Contractors have free, unlimited access to a Work-life Specialist, who can help you assess your parent/caregiving role and support you by providing a range of resources and referrals for children and adults.

NIH has contracted with Adventist HealthCare/LifeWork Strategies to provide a personalized professional service available at no cost from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday.

If you are a parent, or a caregiver and don't know where to start, resources are only a phone call away: 1-800-777-1720.
