If you need prescription safety glasses, contact the Division of Occupational Medical Services (OMS). You will make an appointment with a DOMS provider to receive an
approval form to take to a pre-determined optometrist. You will also need to obtain a prescription (no more than one year old) from your personal optician to take to the optometrist along with the
