OSHA 300A Summaries of Job-Related Injuries and Illnesses at NIH for 2017
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Labor, requires all federal agencies to create and post an annual summary of all OSHA-recordable, work-related injuries and illnesses. The goal of this requirement is to promote improved employee awareness and involvement in the recording and reporting of work-related injuries and illnesses.
The 2017 annual summary for each NIH building is now posted and can be viewed on the Division of Occupational Health and Safety (DOHS), Office of Research Services website: https://www.ors.od.nih.gov/sr/dohs/safety/incidents_accidents/Pages/osha_300a_summaries.aspx.
The summaries are listed by NIH work site and then NIH building number or name to assist you in locating the information quickly and easily. The master OSHA 300A, which is inclusive of all NIH's recordable injuries and illnesses is available for review at the Division of Occupational Health and Safety office (Bldg. 13/3K04).
