Organizational and Operational Strategic Initiatives

OQM will collaborate in strategic initiatives that address systemic issues, require cross-functional analysis, and have the potential of significant payoff to ORS and its customer base. Improving systemic issues will require cooperation among ORS leaders and stakeholders.

This corporate approach to provide resources and knowledge to analyze, change policies, drive planned intervention, and assess the effectiveness of implemented change will be essential to achieve the vision of "ONE ORS."
