The NIH Health and Wellness Council and the Office of Research Services, Division of Amenities and Transportation Services, are proud to announce the re-launch of the newly enhanced Wellness@NIH website, at :https://wellnessatnih.ors.od.nih.gov/.
The Wellness@NIH website serves as the NIH's information clearinghouse on all things related to health and well-being for NIH employees. The website includes pages on fitness, nutrition, tobacco-free, work/life balance, and employee safety, supporting a holistic approach to employee well-being and allowing the NIH to "take its own best advice."
One of the biggest changes to the new site is the conversion of Wellness@NIH from an internal site to a website available to the general public. This allows the NIH's efforts on enhancing health, extending life, and reducing illness and disability to a wider audience. Additionally, the new site is now mobile-optimized, allowing users to view the site on phones and tablets.
