βThe goal of the Division of Occupational Medical Services (DOMS) is to promote the health and safety of the NIH workforce by providing comprehensive, work-related medical and counseling services partnering with the Division of Safety (DS), the Clinical Center Hospital Epidemiology Service (HES), among others, in support of the NIH mission. DOMS offers assessment and care for work-related injuries or illnesses, risk-based medical surveillance programs, and preventive medical services tailored to the unique demands of the NIH biomedical research mission.
