  • Ann Stephan
    Ann Stephan MA, LCPCEAP Team Lead

    Ann Stephan, has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and Post Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology. She has over 25 years of clinical counseling experience. Ann specializes in Organizational Consulting, providing trainings and management consultation services to a variety of organizations.

    Ann has worked in community mental health settings, school counseling, inpatient substance abuse treatment facilities, child and family agencies, mobile crisis, and EAP. She utilizes a variety of techniques and skills drawn from recognized therapeutic modalities to including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, DBT, Psychoeducation, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, behavior modification, mindfulness and relaxation.

    Ann believes in working in partnership with people, utilizing their strengths to help them sort out their challenges and achieve their goals. She also realizes how important it is to identify all aspects of an individual's life that impact their well-being including their physical health, support systems (family, friends), work or school environment, and faith/spirituality in this process.

  • Connie H. Wozny
    Connie H. Wozny, LCPC, CEAPEAP Consultant

    Connie H. Wozny, LCPC, CEAP, EAP Consultant, received her Bachelor's Degree at Purdue University and Master's Degree in Educational Psychology at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. She was certified as a Clinical Community Counselor through the Johns Hopkins University. She has worked with the Department of Defense on the Military OneSource Employee Assistance Program, the Medicaid behavioral health contract for the State of Maryland, and as Specialist Behavioral Health Clinical Trainer and Quality for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield for Maryland, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia.

  • Karen Bressler
    Karen Bressler, MSW, LCSW-CEAP Consultant

    Karen Bressler, MSW, LCSW-C, EAP Consultant, received her Masters in Social Work from The Catholic University of America. She has over 25 years of clinical and supervisory experience with emphasis in the areas of mental health, HIV and TBI. She has worked in outpatient mental health settings, community hospitals, and the Department of Defense.

  • Alex Rosa
    Alex RosaEAP Consultant

    Alex Rosa, LCPC, EAP Consultant, received her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Avila University and has over 20 years of clinical experience. Alex is independently licensed in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. Alex has worked in the EAP field for over 15 years. In addition to her extensive EAP experience, she has also worked in residential settings as well as community mental health. Alex believes in walking alongside her clients, supporting and empowering them to guide their own journey. She understands that every individual is unique and finds fulfillment in helping them uncover and share their personal story.

  • Debra Harding
    Debra Harding, MSW, LCSW-C, LICSW, LCSW, CEAPEAP Consultant

    Debra Harding, is licensed at the independent level in Maryland, DC and Virginia and is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. She received a master's degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland at Baltimore with a Clinical / Community Organization and Development concentration and an EAP specialization. She has over 12 years experience as an EAP Consultant working for various federal agencies. She also has experience as a Case Manager for a substance abuse treatment facility.

  • Stenie Simon
    Stenie Simon, LMSWEAP Consultant

    Stenie Simon, LMSW, is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Maryland and an EAP Consultant. She earned her Master's in Social Work from the University of Maryland-Baltimore, concentrating in macro and clinical practice with a specialization in health and children and families. Stenie has experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including school-aged children, adolescents, and adults, in outpatient, nonprofit, and employee assistance settings. She supports clients navigating stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Stenie takes a warm, collaborative approach and is committed to meeting individuals where they are, partnering with them to build practical coping strategies and create meaningful, goal-oriented change.
