Free Virtual Fitness Classes in August

Mark your calendars for these featured classes in August: ChairFit (8/11), Core Focus (8/17), and Dancercise (8/25).
Individuals with disabilities who need sign language interpreting and/or other reasonable accommodations to participate in the "Fitness for You" classes should contact Ms. Sherrell Freeman, R&W at email@example.com. The "Fitness for You" virtual program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services, Division of Amenities and Transportation Services, and operated through the R&W Fitness Program. You must obtain your supervisor's approval if you plan to attend classes occurring during your work hours.
