Summer BBQ Returns to the NIH Bethesda Campus

As summer begins, another outdoor dining option returns to the campus. Starting tomorrow, Wednesday, May 12, the BBQ will operate every other Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (weather permitting), or until the food runs out. Eurest Dining Services will prepare a rotating, themed BBQ.

This year, the BBQ will be located on the south lawn of Building 10, just north of the daily food trucks in the 10H Parking Lot. Just follow your nose and the smoke from the grill!

Continued operation of the BBQ will depend upon demand by the NIH community.

As always, please spread the word about this dining option, and be sure to wear your facial covering, maintain physical distancing while waiting in line or receiving your food, and remember safe distancing while enjoying your lunch.

The BBQ is sponsored by Division of Amenities and Transportation Services, Office of Research Services (ORS). Please direct comments and concerns to our Food Services Team at 301-827-3248 or ORSWEPB@ors.od.nih.gov.

The Office of Human Resources and ORS would like to invite NIH staff to also "Spring into Wellness" by working to improve their personal and professional well-being. For additional information and resources go to https://wellnessatnih.ors.od.nih.gov/Pages/default.aspx.
