NIH Safetycasts In a Minute -- Register Potentially Hazardous Biological Materials

NIH's Office of Research Services, Division of Occupational Health and Safety (DOHS), has released another episode of the "Safetycasts In A Minute" video series. This episode reminds research personnel that all potentially hazardous biological materials must be registered with DOHS and included in their inventory. This includes pathogens, toxins, blood and body fluids, and primary tissue samples.

Produced by DOHS, these videos highlight and provide brief occupational health and safety changes, tips, etc. More videos on other topics will follow in the coming months.
