Have you heard about "well-being" and are curious what it means? Are you or a co-worker caring for a family member? If any of these questions intrigue you, then the 2015 NIH Safety, Health and Wellness Day event is for you! Mark Your Calendar! Join us at 9:30 AM for the Opening Ceremony with a keynote speech, "Well-Being and Work," by Dr. Anita Schill, Senior Science Advisor to the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health’s Total Worker Health Program, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The Opening Ceremony will also recognize this year’s Institute/Center Safety and Health Chairpersons. The Opening Ceremony will be videocast live at http://videocast.nih.gov/. There will be a variety of activities and exhibits, including health screenings, nutrition demonstrations and tastings, physical fitness activities, NIH Institute/Center exhibits, Recreation & Welfare Club information, Heart Saver AED/CPR demonstration, NIH Police Active Shooter Interactive Demonstration, and Elder/Adult Dependent Care Information and Resources Fair.
