The "Virtual Fitness for You" program is sponsored by the Recreation and Welfare Association (R&W) Fitness Program, and the Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS).
Classes are free and open to all NIH staff. Classes are also recorded and available on demand to fit your schedule.
