NIH Free Virtual Fitness Classes in January
Happy New Year! Start your new year in a healthy way by taking advantage of free "Fitness for You" classes. For a full list of January classes, please visit https://go.usa.gov/x5EHc.
Classes are free, virtual and open to all NIH staff. Additionally, classes are recorded and available on demand to fit your schedule. You must obtain your supervisor's approval if you plan to attend classes and events occurring during your work hours.
Sign language interpreting services are available upon request. Individuals who need interpreting services and/or other reasonable accommodations to participate in this event should contact Ms. Sherrell Freeman, Operations Director, R&W Fitness Program, at freemash@mail.nih.gov and/or 301-496-5440. Requests should be made five days in advance of the event.
The "Fitness for You" virtual program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services, Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS) and is operated through the R&W Fitness Program.
