Free NIH Virtual Fitness Classes in July and the Wellness@NIH Newsletter

Summer is here and it is HOT outside! This is a great time to take advantage of free virtual fitness classes. To see a full list of this month's classes, please visit https://go.usa.gov/xQkUf. Also, check out the Spring/Summer Edition of the Wellness@NIH newsletter at https://wellnessatnih.ors.od.nih.gov/news/Pages/default.aspx.

Individuals with disabilities who need sign language interpreting and/or other reasonable accommodations to participate in these activities should contact Ms. Sherrell Freeman, Operations Director, R&W Fitness Program, at freemash@mail.nih.gov, 301-496-5440 and/or the Federal Relay (1-800-877-8339). Requests should be made at least five days in advance.

If you are interested in communicating with other like-minded NIH employees about topics of fitness and well-being join the interactive Wellness@NIH listserv at https://go.usa.gov/xAsmm.

The "Fitness for You" virtual program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services, Division of Amenities and Transportation Services, and operated through the R&W Fitness Program. You must obtain your supervisor's approval if you plan to attend classes and events occurring during your work hours.
