Get ready for summer and take advantage of free virtual "Fitness for You" classes. Classes are open to all NIH staff and available live and on demand. For a full list of classes, please visit https://go.usa.gov/xQkUf.

Take-a-Hike Day returns on Thursday, June 16 at 1:00 pm ET, on the main campus in front of Building 1. Join us for a fitness kickoff at 12:45 pm and opening remarks at 1:00 pm. Runners, walkers and rollers will depart for the 2.5-mile trek around the NIH perimeter shortly after 1:00 pm. Follow us on Twitter @NIHEmplSrvcs, #TakeAHikeNIH, and the Wellness@NIH Facebook Group - feel free to share photos, short videos, memes; anything from your day's activities.

Individuals with disabilities who need sign language interpreting and/or other reasonable accommodations to participate in the "Fitness for You" classes should contact Ms. Sherrell Freeman, R&W at freemash@mail.nih.gov. Requests should be made at least five days in advance. To access Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS), call 711.
