Free NIH Fitness Classes in October

The "Fitness for You" virtual program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS), and operated through the Recreation and Welfare Association (R&W) Fitness Program. All classes are free and open to all NIH staff. However, please obtain your supervisor's approval if you will attend classes occurring during your work hours.
