Free NIH Fitness Classes and Take-A-Hike Virtual in June​

Get ready for summer and take advantage of free virtual fitness classes this month. To see a full list of classes, please visit https://go.usa.gov/xQkUf. For an added boost, join us on Thursday, June 10 at 12:00 p.m. ET for Take-a-Hike Day – Virtual Event with a fitness kickoff at https://www.facebook.com/NihRwFitness/. Follow us on Twitter @NIHEmplSrvcs and feel free to share photos, short videos, and memes; anything from your day's activities using #TakeAHikeNIH.

The "Fitness for You" virtual program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Amenities and Transportation Services, and operated through the R&W Fitness Program. You must obtain your supervisor's approval if you plan to attend classes and events occurring during your work hours.
