​​​​​"Fitness for You" - Free Fitness Classes in May

As you start to enjoy the spring weather and move your exercise routines outside, join us for our "Fitness for You" classes. Classes are open to all NIH staff and are available live and on demand. For a full list of classes, please visit https://go.usa.gov/xQkUf.

May is also National Sports and Fitness Month and Mental Health Awareness Month.  Details for upcoming activities for the months observances can be found at the Work-Life@NIH website: https://worklife.ors.nih.gov/. Remember fitness facilities on campus at Building 53 and off campus at Rockledge 2 are now open.  For membership information, go to https://govemployee.com/nih/rw-services-membership/fitness-home/fitness-membership/.

Individuals with disabilities who need sign language interpreting and/or other reasonable accommodations to participate in the "Fitness for You" classes should contact Ms. Sherrell Freeman, R&W at freemash@mail.nih.gov.
