Food Truck Season Ends, Changes Coming to Food Offerings at Building 10
As we settle into the cooler fall weather, the 2021 Food Truck Session will come to an end on Friday, October 29. The Office of Research Services, Eurest, the R&W and the food truck vendors thank you for your patronage. As always, the food trucks will return next spring. With these changes, we are excited to showcase some additional offerings.
On Monday, November 1, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., breakfast will return to the 10/B1 Cafeteria. Lunch will continue to be available between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. You will also find Sally, the Salad Robot, has been relocated to the 10/B1 Cafeteria from the CRC Atrium. For more information on this innovative technology on eating fresh meals, visit https://www.chowbotics.com/for-eaters/.
For your convenience and to help with physical distancing, we encourage you to place your orders on the Eatify mobile app (Apple App Store/Google Play) or on your desktop (https://order.eatify.io) no later than 1:40 p.m. to meet the last pick-up time of 2:00 p.m. The Eatify order-ahead menu items are available for a convenient pickup at the 10/B1 Cafeteria salad bar location.
As a reminder, we must comply with the Clinical Center COVID-19 safety guidelines. Entrance to the B1 cafeteria is via the North or South entrances of Building 10 only. You will be screened and receive a sticker and mask before proceeding to the B1 level. You cannot enter the facility via the courtyard doors, as this has been designated exit only. While using the dining facility, you must maintain physical distancing and sit only in designated spaces. NIH staff should refrain from using the Patient Family Dining section, set aside for our patients and their families to sit together as a family unit.
