Take advantage of a variety of free fitness classes this month through the "Fitness for You" program. This month's program includes a "Tour of France" spin class, Cuban Salsa, and Zumba. The "Fitness for You" program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS) and the Recreation and Welfare Association (R&W) Fitness Program. All classes are free and open to all NIH staff. However, please obtain your supervisor's approval if interested in attending classes that occur during your work hours.
