May is Physical Fitness and Sports Month. The NIH is proud to present another installment in the
"Fitness for You" Free Fitness Class program. For the month of May,
the Recreation and Welfare Association (R&W) Fitness and Wellness Program
will be offering over 25 free fitness classes at various on-campus and
off-campus locations. Choose from the following free demonstrations including:
Yoga, Dance, Krav Maga, Crossfit, Weightlifting Techniques, Judo, Power
Walking, Qi Gong, Pilates, Stretching, and Aikido. You can find the monthly

These classes are open to all NIH staff. However, please
obtain your supervisor’s approval if interested in attending. The "Fitness for You" program is sponsored by
the Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Amenities and Transportation
Services (DATS) and the R&W Fitness Program. For additional information or individuals who need
