Take advantage of the free fitness classes offered by the Recreation and Welfare Association (R&W) Fitness Program! The NIH and the R&W are proud to offer free fitness classes for the month of March to the NIH community through the "Fitness for You" Program. This month's program will offer a wide variety of fitness classes at various on-campus and off-campus locations. However, please obtain your supervisor's approval if interested in attending classes that occur during your work hours. The "Fitness for You" program is sponsored by the Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS) and the R&W Fitness Program.
