Expansion of Buildings 31 and 45 Cafeteria Services

The facilities repairs are complete and the NIH food services program is excited to announce, starting today, Thursday, April 16, expanded services will be offered in the Building 31 cafeteria and the Building 45 cafeteria will be reopening on Monday, April 20.

Building 31

The following offerings will be available as of April 16:

Breakfast:

  • Breakfast sandwiches & burritos
  • Hot weigh-and-pay
  • Oatmeal and grits
  • Baked goods
  • Brewed coffee

Lunch:

  • Salad bar
  • Soup 
  • Hot weigh-and-pay
  • Grab-and-go options, including sandwiches, salads, wraps and snack boxes
  • Sushi

Please excuse our dust as we put the finishing touches on the cafeteria and transition over the new few weeks to restoring full operations and creating a more welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all.

Building 45

The reopening of Building 45 will occur on Monday, April 20. The following offerings will be available:

Breakfast:

  • Hot weigh-and-pay
  • Brewed coffee

Lunch:

  • Hot weigh-and-pay
  • Soup
  • Grab-n-go options
  • Sushi
